Featuring the classic soap smell from our memories, this can be used to treat cracks and dryness while also nourishing and revitalizing the skin due to the special Aegean olive oil used in this soap.

Our soap consists of 80% olive oil which is sourced from İzmir-Seferihisar, is of edible quality, and is full of miraculous properties. A small amount of natural coconut oil is added in order to make it lather. Furthermore, in our soaps you can also find unique healing natural oils from Turkey’s different regions.

Entirely handmade.

2nd generation Mesele Peshkirs are woven in Buldan, with traditional techniques on handlooms, that have 80% slower stroke speed than the ones used in mass production. The symbols are hand sewn from naturally dyed wool yarns on 100% cotton peshkirs.

Sold in packs of two as White-Red, Red-White and Black-White.

ABOUT PESHKIR
This special Anatolian cloth is known as the ancestor of towels, with the name coming from the Farsi Piş (front) and Gir (to hold). Found in many regions and palaces, it was used as a place setting or a napkin placed on the lap, and was given great importance in the Ottoman palace. In the present day, still keeping its function as a napkin it can also be used as a towel.
