A Matter of Life Among Hopi People

The origin of the symbol that belongs to Hopituh Shi-nu-mu, meaning “people of peace” that are Hopi Native Americans, who reside in North Arizona State today is labyrinth which is the  the oldest symbol of the world. Meaning mother and child,  Tapuat symbolises life – cycle which begins with the umbilical cord along with the the path of moving towards oneself. It stands for the Mother Earth who is the mother for of all living beings ( so to speak the World) and life as her child.

Lined in 7, the labyrinth refers to 7 centers of energy ( chakra), 7 musical notes and 7 colours of rainbow.

It is a matter of…

Life is a labyrinth and in order to find the right way throughout we should trust and follow our mother. Moreover pursuing the Mother Earth who is the source of vitality on earth is the passkey to all. Don’t forget that we do not possess the world, yet we are only it’s children and it’s guardian. And start to follow this path by showing your respect to all mothers, beginning with your own mother and extend furthermore this approach.
