What should I do if the product I received is damaged/defective?

If the product you purchased from Mesele.com.tr is damaged or defective, you can return it within 15 days and get a refund. You can ship the damaged products back via cash-on-delivery.

I want to exchange the products I purchased. What should I do?

We are unable to exchange products that have already been delivered. You may use your 15-day withdrawal right to return the products instead.

I want to return the product I purchased. What should I do?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Mesele.

Under the consumer's Right of Withdrawal Without Reason, you have a legal right to return products within 15 business days.

To process a return or exchange, the product must be undamaged, with its original packaging intact, include all accessories, and must be unused or in a resalable condition. Otherwise, your return or exchange request will not be accepted.

The products I received are different from what I ordered. What should I do?

Mesele products are handcrafted individually using natural materials and traditional production techniques. While we maintain consistency and quality standards during production, variations in color, size, or texture may occur compared to the product shown in the photos. Each piece is often unique.

Which shipping companies do you work with?

For domestic shipments, we work with Yurtiçi Kargo, and for international shipments, we use PTT Kargo.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on our contracted carriers’ rate lists and the weight/dimensional weight of the products.

Can every product be shipped to every country?

All products on Mesele.com.tr can be shipped worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?

My order is delayed. What should I do?

How are shipping times determined for products?

We hand over your purchased product to the shipping company within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery times of our shipping partners are as follows:

  • Domestic – Yurtiçi Kargo: Average delivery time is 1 day within the same city and 2–4 business days between cities.
  • International – PTT Kargo: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

I received an email saying my order has shipped, but it hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

All Mesele products come in specially designed packaging that tells the story, symbolism, and meaning of the item. But we don’t stop there: to ensure the package stays intact, we wrap it carefully, place it in additional boxes, and add surprise gifts, cards, and coupons—infusing it with love. We want you to receive a package that delights you, not a crushed item from shipping. In short, our gift wrapping is unmatched, and we guarantee you’ll love it.

How safe is it to enter my credit card information?

We use PayU, a payment system trusted by over 100,000 merchants across four continents. PayU’s payment pages are PCI DSS Level 1 and SSL certified, and their 100+ fraud filters minimize risk and potential losses. Can I change my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can make changes. Once the products have been delivered, exchanges are not possible—only returns are accepted.
